If you are the hands on type and want to manage your rentals yourself that is great and we fully support the DIY mindset.  We have many clients who have tried unsuccessfully for month's trying to rent their properties and come to us to give their marketing and advertising a makeover to attract no only a large pool of potential tenants, but high quality tenants who will be a great fit for your specific property.  We charge a flat fee to find you tenants and help with documents and paperwork and then hand them over to you to manage yourself.
